The OneLine brand
A night network map. Ink ground, signage white type, and eleven line colors that carry every bit of color. Use these files and rules when you write or design about OneLine.
The mark
One line from terminus to terminus, with the single 45 degree turn every metro map uses. It is the product in one stroke: a sentence that becomes a route.
OneLine
Clear space
Keep a clear zone around the mark equal to the height of a terminus bar on every side. Nothing else enters it: no text, no edges, no other logos.
- Clear zone
- The height of one terminus bar on every side of the plate.
- Smallest size
- 16 px for the mark alone, 20 px tall for the lockup.
- Backgrounds
- Ink or signage white. On a photo, put the mark on its plate first.
Color
Mostly ink and signage white. Color comes from the lines, and each line color means one category everywhere it appears. Press a swatch to copy its hex code.
Line colors
One per block category. The two-letter code always travels with the color.
Type
Overpass for everything people read. It descends from highway signage, which suits a map. Overpass Mono for addresses, hashes, amounts and times.

Line grammar
OneLine draws like a transit map. Learn these four parts and every diagram on the site reads the same way.
- Routing
- Lines run at 0, 45 and 90 degrees. Corners round with a radius twice the line width. Lines are 6 px on screen.
- Stations
- Signage white discs with an ink ring. A station is one block, one step, one thing that happens.
- Interchanges and terminus
- A capsule marks where lines meet. A short bar across the line marks where it ends.
- Tickets
- Off-white paper with notched sides and a perforated rule. Keep the ticket shape for runs only, so it always means a record.
Do and don't
Do
- Keep the ground ink and the type signage white.
- Use a line color only for its category, with its two-letter code nearby.
- Write OneLine as one word with a capital O and a capital L, and the ticker as $LINE.
- Label anything made up as Example, every time.
- Say what a coin does in plain words: what triggers it, what it spends, where the money goes.
Don't
- Recolor the mark, stretch it, or turn the line a second time.
- Put gradients, glows or glass effects behind the mark or the lines.
- Draw lines at angles other than 0, 45 or 90 degrees.
- Promise returns, prices or listings in OneLine's name.
- Show a $LINE address before $LINE launches. Until then it says Launch soon.
