Risks
What can go wrong when you launch or buy a coin on OneLine. Read it before you sign anything.

Coins can go to zero
Most memecoins lose most or all of their value, and rules do not change that. A coin that buys back, burns or pays holders can still fall to nothing. Buy backs and burns do not hold up a price.
Only put in money you can afford to lose completely.
Rules are permanent
Rules lock at launch and cannot be fixed. A mistake, such as paying a random holder more than you meant to, keeps running for as long as the coin earns fees. Nobody can stop it, including you and OneLine. Test every rule with pretend money before you sign.
Software fails
A coin on OneLine depends on many systems. Any of them can break, slow down or change:
- pump.fun, where the coin trades and where creator fees are charged.
- Solana, which can stall, congest or drop transactions.
- Jupiter, which routes stock swaps. A swap can fail, or fill at a worse price up to the 3% slippage cap.
- Backed and its xStocks, which the issuer can pause, freeze or take back.
- Privy, which connects your wallet to the site.
- Supabase and Vercel, where OneLine's database and servers run.
- OneLine's own code and servers. Bugs happen. If the runner stops, rules pause until it is back.
OneLine holds the vault key
A coin's vault is a keypair that OneLine generates and stores encrypted. It is not a program-owned smart wallet. You are trusting OneLine's servers to sign only what the rules produce and to keep the key safe.
A breach of OneLine's systems could put vault money at risk. Tickets and on-chain records let anyone see what happened. They cannot undo it. How the vault works.
Tokenized stocks are not shares
- An xStock tracks a share price. It gives no vote and no other shareholder rights.
- The issuer can pause trading, freeze the tokens or take them back. OneLine cannot stop that.
- The price can drift from the real share, mostly at night and on weekends when stock markets are closed.
- They are not for people in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada or Australia.
- A coin can lose some or all of what it spends on them, and locked rules cannot stop buying.
AI can be wrong
AI blocks write posts and answer yes or no. The output can be wrong, strange or offensive, and it runs with no person checking it. If a rule lets an AI answer decide whether money moves, a bad answer moves money.
Outside data can be wrong
A web read takes a value from someone else's API. If that API changes, breaks or returns a bad number, any rule that uses the value acts on the bad number. Webhooks send data to addresses the creator chose, which OneLine does not check.
Copies and fake addresses
Anyone can launch a coin with any name. $LINE has not launched yet, so any address that claims to be $LINE is fake until the flywheel page shows it. Before you buy a coin, read its rules on its OneLine page rather than trusting a post about it.
Laws change
Rules for crypto and tokenized stocks differ from country to country and change often. Something allowed where you live today may not be allowed next year.
You are responsible
You decide what to launch, what to buy and what to sign. OneLine does not give advice and does not know your situation. If you are unsure, do not sign. Terms of use.
