Tokenized stocks
A coin's rules can turn its fees into xStocks: tokens on Solana that track a share price. Pick up to 3 when you launch. That list never changes.
Know this before your coin buys one
- They track a price
- An xStock is a token that follows a share price. It is not the share. It carries no vote and no other shareholder rights.
- Backed issues them
- Backed Finance creates and redeems xStocks and sets their terms. The issuer can pause, freeze or take back its tokens, and OneLine cannot stop that.
- Not for everyone
- xStocks are not offered to people in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada or Australia, or in sanctioned places.
- Prices drift
- Stock markets close at night and on weekends. The token keeps trading, so its price can move away from the real share until markets reopen.
- Bought through Jupiter
- A coin swaps SOL from its vault for the stock through Jupiter, with at most 3% slippage. The vault keeps what it buys.

One sentence buys a stock
Write the stock into a rule and the coin buys it whenever the rule fires, with the share of fees you pick. The stock sits in the coin's vault until another rule sells it.
A coin can name 3 different stocks at most. They are fixed at launch with the rest of the rules, so a coin cannot add a fourth later or stop buying the ones it has.
“When fees arrive, buy NVDA with a quarter of them.”
When creator fees arrive:
Buy NVDA with a quarter of the fees that arrived.
What would that rule spend?
Pick a trading volume and a fee rate. The numbers show the creator fees that would reach the vault and the quarter the rule above would spend on NVDA.
- Creator fees into the vault
- 1.50 SOL
- Spent on NVDA (25% of each fee)
- 0.375 SOL
- Left in the vault for other rules
- 1.13 SOL
Example only: volume times a rate you pick, before network fees and swap slippage. It does not predict what any coin will trade or earn.
A coin may lose some or all of what it puts into a tokenized stock. Nothing here is investment advice. Read the risks.
